1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Return Period

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue

Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from ATHAR CART.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs or a video of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

After verification, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Refund of the eligible amount

5. Change of Mind

Returns due solely to a change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or ordering the wrong product may not be accepted unless the relevant product page specifically states that such returns are available.

6. Refunds

Once an approved return or refund is confirmed, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method or another appropriate method.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.

Shipping charges, transaction charges, or other non-refundable charges, where applicable, may not be refundable.

7. Return Shipping

For other return requests, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs where a return is permitted.

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed because an order may already have entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it and the applicable return procedure may apply.

11. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

ATHAR CART may not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
